What can I expect to receive in my Mystery Box?
While the colors and styles included in each box will vary, all boxes will feature a surprise selection of 5 mystery pieces for any of our collections throughout the year.
Can I return or exchange the items in my Mystery Box?
Because the contents of each box are meant to be a special surprise, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final no exceptions.
Will I receive duplicate items in my Mystery Box?
You will not receive duplicate items within the same box. However, if you order multiple boxes, you may receive duplicate items.
Can you customize my mystery box?/Can you guarantee I do not already own an item in the box?
Boxes are preselected and in sealed packages, so we cannot pull specific items and place them into a box for you nor can we make sure that you do not already own an item in the package.

We offer free standard shipping on orders $90 or more. This free shipping option will automatically appear on qualifying orders. Offer valid on orders of $90+ after discounts are applied (excluding taxes and shipping charges).
We offer $6.95 flat-rate standard shipping on all other orders. Shipping cost for Express shipments is $19.95 and Next Day is $29.95. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service.
PROCESSING TIME
Delivery time is determined from the date the order is shipped. Most orders ship the following business day, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 noon CST will ship via UPS on the next business day given item availability and payment verification.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present. Please note Jones New York will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to carrier related issues, severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the 50 states within the United States.
